Welcome to Utility Works
Utility Works is operated by the LEDC (Lansdowne Economic Development Corporation), a non-profit dedicated to the revitalization of Lansdowne's beautiful borough. The Utility Works' mission is to offer artists, makers and inspiring entrepreneurs affordable space and resources they need to grow in this region and beyond.
Utility Works Creative Community is a 7,500 sq. ft. art studio building located at 32 E Baltimore Ave. in Lansdowne. Our space is home to 23 art studios, ceramics studio, art gallery and juice bar. If you are an artist and are looking for affordable studio space, we'd love to meet you!
Located at 18 N. Lansdowne Ave., the Utility Works MakerSpace encourages learning, creativity and collaboration. We provide the community with low-cost access to an array of equipment, office space and a wide variety of technology and business classes. Come by and see what we have to offer!
